Hi Community,

Below are the steps i checked:

I have my checked roles - pa related roles like pa_admin, pa_viewer viz_admin and vix_creator etc are there.

In instance i have checked Pa related Plugins are also installed.

In Platform Analytics when i'm creating the Data Visualization and clicked on Create Data Visualization it is not allowing to me the create the data visualization it is redirecting to platform Analytics main page, PFA screenshot below.

and also, when i opened the existing one in Platform analytics workspace and when i clicked on save it is showing an error failed to save visualization, please check the below screenshot.

Does anyone face this kind of issue? Any suggestions, can you please assist here?

Thanks & Regards,

Abbas Shaik

Hi @abbasshaik4

1. Update the following plugins to the latest version in App Manager: -

sn-dashboard

Platform Analytics

https://INSTANCENAME.service-now.com/now/app-manager/home/product/source/store/id/41babb661bbb9110e7...
