I want multiple queries/reports grouped by query/report in a single report

Hello,

I've got about 20 reports across the INC and RITM tables separate work into buckets.   Rather than running 20 separate reports to populate a spreadsheet for trending, I'm trying to find a way to get these into a single report (or two) separated by query.   Unfortunately, with the way our implementation is designed these aren't simple buckets.   For example:

Query 1: Close code = password reset

Query 2: Business service = ABC and Close code <> password reset.

Query 3: Business Service = 123 and Close code <> password reset.

I could arguably split this one into two reports since the Business Service is the biggest determining factor, but the RITM side is much more complicated and gets into looking at short descriptions to further narrow down to the type of task.

Any suggestions / advice on how this might be done?   Not that I know how, but we used custom reports to show Open vs Closed tickets over time.   I'm assuming that would be one method for getting multiple different queries sorted by query into   single pivot table??

Thanks, in advance.

I am not sure I understand every detail of your requirement but as far as I can judge it is best achieved with Bucket groups in Performance Analytics.

We're not currently licensed for PA, but I'll look into bucket groups.   Thanks!

To clarify:   I have multiple different queries against the same table (i.e. How many tickets yesterday had closed code: password reset).   Unfortunately, the queries are moderately conflicting that prevents me from gathering all the data from a single query.   Rather than running each query as a separate report, I'd like to be able to get them all in a single report of sorts with the outcomes separated by query.

you could use multiple datasets in reporting
