In Agent Workspace, By Default I'm seeing "show alerts" it means why default it was hiding why so?

when I clicked on show alerts, then only errors are showing..

FIRST, it shows like below

When I click on show alert, then below errors are showing.

But I want to show second image directly..

that's OOTB I believe.

Multiple simultaneous messages are automatically combined and shown

I don't think you can control this behavior
