In Platform Analytics > Scheduled Export how to See which recipient

When using the new Platform Analytics Scheduled Export to send a visualization you email recipients.  I want to add users to the recipient list instead of email addresses. (due to a migration to all new email domain soon, so keeping it at user when email is changed per user the export will still send)

 

When you add recipients that have the same Name in ServiceNow it is impossible to review the user name, email address or other criteria to ensure you are selecting the correct user recipient.  How can I see this information on the recipients when making the choice?

In Scheduled Exports when you add recipients that have the same Name in ServiceNow it is impossible to review the user name, email address or other criteria to ensure you are selecting the correct user recipient. How can I see this information on the recipients when making the choice?

Great input! I feel your pain on that one. You should be able to enter their email instead of their name. “Start typing to add users, groups or email addresses you want to email.”   I will take this feedback back to the Product team. provide other fields to distinguish users with same name.
