In Platform Analytics KPI Details Show Records - How do I export Records, Group on Fields, Add Field

I have Platform Analytics in our PROD environment. I have not yet migrated everything, but I have started using it. I have found a few things within the Platform Analytics version of the Analytics Hub for an Indicator (KPI Details in Platform Analytics) that are causing me problems:
1) How can I export the records after doing Show records? It's not a right mouse click in the header line as it used to be. I have done quite a bit of exploring but can't see how to export the records.
2) How do I customise the fields in the list view here? Depending on what I am investigating, I might need different fields available to make sense of a spike.
Perhaps I just missed where this functionality is?

HI @NITINRAVLANI ,
In your screenshot i can see the show records is enable can you please let me know how did you enable it.
I'm using Yokohama version only and in CMDB Data foundation dashboard there are many platform analytics in it for example; Hardware CIs Missing Serial Number here im not able to enable it.
steps i followed
in ui builder opened the kpi details as it is read only so i duplicated it and there is option called show record view enabled and saved after that im not sure how to add that in dashboard or how to publish it
Please guide me on this and let me know whether im on right track

If the option to show records is disabled for your indicator it means that records are not collected for it. This is an indicator setting that pa_admin can enable per indicator (applicable for automated indicators only).
