Incident Category and Subcategory report

I wanted to know if its possible to generate a report which shows the list of category with their subcategory choice values.

Hello Meghana,

Go to list view of incident table. click on bar chart report.

for reference check below screenshots.

select subcategory into stack by field.

                  You can do group by "category" and Additional group by " Subcategory"

Thank you for your response.

I am generating data from script include and pulling in the required category and subcategory and a custom field (depending on subcategory) in a list report for table - sys_choice.

Is there any way we can get the record with their choices here? [ category > subcategory choices > custom field choices ]
