Indicator not working for dashboard

I am working on creating a dashboard where I am using an indicator as the data source. I applied a breakdown on the Item Category field to filter data for a specific category so that the indicator can pull all ticket data for items that fall under that category.
I have tried all the possible configurations, but it still shows No data available. I re-enabled the breakdown collections for automated indicators, re-ran the historic data collection job, and verified all breakdown mappings — everything appears to be correct.
