Indicator not working for dashboard

I am working on creating a dashboard where I am using an indicator as the data source. I applied a breakdown on the Item Category field to filter data for a specific category so that the indicator can pull all ticket data for items that fall under that category.

I have tried all the possible configurations, but it still shows No data available. I re-enabled the breakdown collections for automated indicators, re-ran the historic data collection job, and verified all breakdown mappings — everything appears to be correct.

can you please share your configuration in relation to the pa job, indicator source and the automated indicator? Furthermore, have you verified on the automated indicator if any data is collected?
