Trying to create a visualization showing the % of CIs being monitored. The OOTB indicators for both the number of CIs and the number of monitored CIs are coming back with no values. I've checked to make sure the jobs are running and when I preview the results of the Indicator Source (cmdb.ci) it is returning the correct result of 1.2 million CIs. When I recreate these Indicators as Visualizations in Platform Analytics directly from the cmdb_ci table, they return the correct results.
Looking for leads or ideas on why the Indicator Source would return the correct result, but the actual Indicator using that source would come back empty.
All of these are OOTB
Automated Indicator: Number of Configuration Items
Indicator Source: CMDB.CI
Job 1: [PA CMDB] Daily Data Collection
Job 2: [PA CMDB] Historic Data Collection

Hello @jaguthrie
Please share screenshot of your indicator and indicator source - full screenshot - there might just be something small missing - maybe I could figure out.
Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.

@Shivalika attached are the screen shots of the Automated Indicator, Indicator Source, and Collection Jobs. As you can see, the Indicator Source preview shows 1.24 million records found but when I click on "Explore Indicator" or "Scores for this Indicator", it comes back with the 'No data to analyze yet' error.

Hello @jaguthrie
I saw all - indicator source, automated indicator and historic and daily data collection jobs.
Things seem fine to me. Just one thing your automated indicator is valid for frequency daily but you are applying it in monthly job ?
Second in your daily data collection job, change the start interval to 2 days ago , the end interval is 1 days ago which is fine.
After this, After running the jobs are you able to view the scores in the related links in the indicators ?
Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.

The jobs are set to either daily or historical. There are some indicators that are set for monthly, but the particular one I am focused on is set to daily. I have also manually triggered the jobs to run so I would think that there should be something in the results at least from the historical job. Again, all of the indicators, sources, and jobs were out-of-the-box.
I did update the relative start day to 2 per your instructions. Still not getting any data when I view the results of the indicator.
