Insights not available on platform analytics dashboard

Hi,

we have enabled platform analytics in our system and we have some already existing dashboards converted to platform analytics but we are not able to see insights button in the dashboard. we have enabled Show Insights Panel by going into par_dashboard_user_metadata table but still it is missing. Anything missing here?
