Interactive Filter by Month

Apart from the OOB This Month, Last Month filter in Date Interactive Filters, I'd like to know if it's possible to put all the months in there as well so we can filter records by month.

I reckon this is an OOB Business Rule, yes?

Also, if I am to change this, will Interactive Filters be the only ones that will receive the change?
