Interactive Filter not working on certain filters on PA widgets

Hello, 

On a Performance Analytics dashboard, I have both reports and performance analytics widgets. I have a breakdown on the top of the dashboard for Domain & Business Service.

All reports are following the breakdown I set. I have two performance analytics widgets - One widget is filtering for Business Service, but not Domain. The other widget is not filtering for both Business Service or Domain. 

On both of the widget configurations, I have follow element checked. I also have follow element checked on the widget indicators within them. What could the problem be here?  I'm stuck!

On your Breakdown source > Breakdown related list > Breakdown mappings related list - do you have these set correctly for the tables your indicators are built on?

Are there any errors on the Breakdown source, like it's inactive due to errors from the Job log?

how would one know if these are set up correctly, I have the same issue. please see attached. this is an average closed time of my requested items, I would like this to change every time a date is selected eg. Last week from my date filter to change to the average of last week etc.

is this possible

If the widget is set to follow, are you sure you are collecting the matrix for the indicator in the widget not following?

does this make sense. this is a formula indicator and both my indicators are collecting I think,

I am probably doing something wrong
