Issue with scheduled exports

When I create a new data visualization as a bar chart and schedule it - the schedule does not create any record, but if I create export via email, the record is generated and the email is delivered with the report. As my test I checked every graphical type with the same filter, there is data, and the only scheduled export email that is generated is if I use a list view report.

Do you have any suggestions as to why this might be happening?

Hi @Tsura Andreeva ,

Navigate to  > sysauto_report.LIST > Look for your Scheduled Report and open it

 

Add the "Run as" field on your form, by default it's not available and add your name or any other user's name in this field and "Execute Now", if it worls then the problem is with the Run As user who doesn't have roles :

Also, if this doesn't helps , then try increasing the property glide.ui.report.timeout.
