Hi everyone,
I'm seeing an unexpected behavior in Platform Analytics KPI Details.
For one of my indicators, the KPI Details page displays a value of 4,056 in the header, but the drilldown list below shows only 30 records.
I understand that the table is paginated, but even the total record count shown above the table is only 30. I expected the header count and the drilldown record count to represent the same dataset.
Has anyone encountered this before?
- What does the number displayed in the KPI Details header actually represent?
- Under what circumstances can the KPI value differ from the drilldown record count?
- Are there any known configurations (indicator source, breakdowns, formula indicators, scripted indicators, or snapshot behavior) that could cause this discrepancy?
