Hi experts,
Can anyone help me understand the differences between PA default or Out of the box given plugin "Performance Analytics (com.snc.pa)" and Performance Analytics - Premium (com.snc.pa.premium) plugin.
I want to understand the limitations of Free plugin and features of Premium Paid plugin of Performance Analytics.

Basically if you don't have premium plugin of PA you will face some limitations to use PA
Complementary Version:-
1} Comes in the baseline with Service Now
2} Set of 15 Incident Management KPIs New-Open-Closed-Backlog growth, etc.
3} Breakdowns: Priority-Category-Assignment Group, etc.
4} Dashboards: Incident Management, Incident Management by Group(breakdown Dashboard)
5} 180 days of historical data
Premium Version:-
1} Unlimited KPIs, Breakdowns and Dashboard
2} Unlimited data collection
3} Available KPIs: Incident-Problem-Change-Request-HR-SLA
4} Service Management Dashboards
5} Create your own customer KPIs, Dashboards

Can we modify the OOB indicators for our custom table and will that work in Complimentary version.
