List Type Visualisation in Platform Analytics not showing data

The list type of visualization in Platform Analytics is showing message 'No Data Available' even when the data source contains records. The visualization is built on alm_hardware table and the filters applied are as shown in attached screenshot. I confirmed that there are over 147 records that match the filter conditions. There is no interactive filter available . I have also tried clearing the cache , but it is not working.

Hi @ArshjotS 

 

Same issue here since we upgraded to Australia (my customer was not using Platform analytics before). And seemly only for list reports.

 

We will create a case to the support for this, but did you have any update since your post ?
