Hello All,
I just want to check with you all if someone has implemented the median calculation in servicenow?
- Median in Reporting
- Median in Performance Analytics
Example: We want to find median of Incident Time to Resolve, where time to resolve is diff between created to resolved.
I am aware that this is not an OOB aggregator in ServiceNow, however is there any scope of script or any other solution?
Available options that I am aware -
- Box report - this don't have labels to activate and thus limits functionality, we have to hover on report to read values also this gives min/max and quartile which aren't required.
- Median in PA analytic hub, this is actually calculated based on trend daily/monthly, perhaps we want to find on per incident level also we want it to represent on dashboard as a score not dip into analytic hub and read

Interesting question. I actually looked for the same some time back, but didn't find any complete solution. After some time on google and on the community i left the thought again, as I didn't find anything at all.
