Migrating ITSM, integrations from two running different servicenow instance to one serviceNow Envrnt

There are three ServiceNow environments—R, S, and GR—and each environment has three instances: Development (DEV), Test (TEST), and Production (PROD).

R and GR are currently operational.

R hosts the existing IT Service Management (ITSM) implementation, CMDB, HAM, SAM, Discovery & lots of integrations, while GR hosts its dedicated Governance, Risk, and Compliance module.

The complete GRC module from GR is currently being migrated to the S environment by using update set. The migration is expected to be completed shortly, after which S will become operational with the integrated GRC module.

Both environments maintain separate DEV, TEST, and PROD instances.

S is a newly established environment and includes dedicated DEV, TEST, and PROD instances.

The GR module must be migrated to S, together with the complete ITSM ,integrations implementation currently hosted in R.

Migrate all required modules from GR and R to S in phases, followed by the decommissioning of the legacy environments.

We need to define the appropriate solution approach for this requirement, as the optimal implementation strategy has not yet been identified.

Okay, so you've cut and pasted a client's requirement. What's your actual question?

This is not a client requirement. I just want to understand it.

I am unsure how to implement this. Where should I start, and which point should I begin with?

I mean ... if it's not a client requirement, what is it, and what don't you understand about it?

What's the context here?

Are you looking for someone to give you a complete step-by-step guide to completing a major migration, because that's not very realistic.

1. Give us the full details, not just the overview.

2. Send us some money because you're essentially asking for a consulting service.
