Hi Everyone,
I'm working on a reporting/dashboard use case where I need to display the following columns for each Demand:
- Initial Impact Rating
- Recalculated By
- Recalculation Count
My data comes from metric_instance records for the Demand Impact Rating metric. Multiple metric_instance records are created whenever the Impact Rating changes.
Constraints:
- Recalculation Count is already being calculated using a Function Field.
- I do not want to create any new fields on metric_instance.
- I do not want to create additional Function Fields.
- The source is a Database View combining Demand and Metric Instance data.
What is the best approach to derive the Initial Impact Rating (the earliest rating value for a Demand) and who changed the metrics and how many times it changed from metric_instance history and display it in reports/dashboard results without creating additional fields?
