Move PA dashboard widgets between instances

How can I move PA dashboard widgets from a lower instance to PROD?

Hi David,

              If you want to move dashboard from one instance to another instance you need to use "Unload Dashboard" Function.

Click on Dashboard properties and select unload dashboard option

then the whole dashboard will capture in the update set
