MTTR Calculation

I'm trying to Calculate MTTR. I know there is a field on incident called Business resolved time which populates when an incident is resolved. My question is how to I sum that specific field in PA so that I can calculate MTTR on a monthly basis?

You can simply sum the resolved time in 1 automated indicator, and have another automated indictor for count of incidents. On top of those, then have a formula indicator with sum / count = MTTR.

Figured this one out too kind of. If I sum on business duration field on incident which is days hours minute second and then set the unit to days it give me days. I just wish there was a duration unit type because it displays 0 days for the Service Desk there MTTR is 2 hours 30 minutes.

@AndersBGS One other question. Is there anyway to get this to display in Days, hours, minutes. It is currently displaying in Second which is not very helpful to the executives using this dashboard.
