My dashboard is very slow.

I have one dashboard. When I tried to load the dashboard it is taking lot of time. Some time in one tab it is loading for 20 mins and then  i tried in other tab it is loading in 5 minutes. 

What are the best practice to performance tuning for dashboard.

Please help for the same.
