New: System Administrator Dashboard (Accessing it)

According to the San Diego release notes the new "System Adminstrator" dashboard is a Now Platform feature that is active by default.

Doesn't this mean to access it, we'd simply go to the "Dashboards" module and access it that way?

Our POC instance is upgraded to San Diego, and I can in fact access this dashboard this way, however, the dashboard is empty. Not sure why this is either?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank-you.

Hi, actually, this isn't quite the issue.
