No Data to display in dashboard report

Hi All : 

When I only select the catalog => everything is ok 

If I also select the Category “X” => everything is ok

But for certain selections, this is not the case, such as “Y” => KO display

Although we are supposed to display elements => "Y" appear when we select “All”

can you help please ??

Take a look of a record with the CI that you know will display and find that sys id of the CI, then compare the name of the Ci with the sys id and the name in the CI table is where i would start, hope that helps
