Sprint Burndown

I cannot edit the component on a copy of the Agile 2.0 Sprint dashboard.  I am trying to edit the components Sprint Burndown and Sprint Burnup.  When I click on Edit Component on the Configuration menu, I get the message "Component not found."  Is there a way to edit this component?  Currently, there is no data in the report.  

 

I am running the Data Collector job "[Scrum] Daily Data Collection."  Is there a different job I need to be running?  I also need to filter the component so that it only shows sprints that are in a certain program.

 

Eventually, we will be moving to EAP and Collaborative Work Management.  In the meantime, I need to create a report that shows the percentage of each state of all stories in each sprint.  I created an indicator that captures the state, but I cannot figure out a way to group it by the sprint.

Hi @clmaherosu 

 

1. If you are working in a custom application scope, you may not be able to edit ServiceNow out-of-the-box (OOTB) dashboard components . Validate it

 

2. The ability to edit widgets is generally restricted to the creator/owner of the dashboard or an admin. 

  • Navigate to Performance Analytics > Dashboard Administration.
  • Open your copied dashboard record.
  • Change the owner to yourself or an administrator

3. Ensure the scheduled job "[Scrum] Daily Data Collection" is active.

4. Verify the sprints have a Planned end date

5. If you recently cloned your instance, try in Incognito/Inprivate browser

6. Instead  editing the broken widgets , you can try to  add the existing Sprint Burndown and Sprint Burnup reports again

Thanks for responding!  I am the owner and an admin, the job is active (but I don't know for sure that this is the job that is needed to populate this report because I can't edit the component); the sprints all have a planned end date, and I do not see a way to re-add a component.

 

I was wondering if reports were built using UI Builder, but I have been unable to find the component there either.
