On Dashboard Real time updates are not working for database views

On Dashboard Real time updates are not working for database views.

And i'm querying on incident_sla table.

kindly suggest.

Are you using a Count aggregation with this widget? According to the documentation – Although it is possible select ‘Show real-time updates’ for single score widgets that use the Average, Sum, and Count Distinct aggregations, they do not update in real time.
