Hi Team,
Few Indicators in OOB Request Management Dashboard is not displaying data since those Indicators has group by 'catalog', but RITM records are not getting tagged to catalog. As catalog column is empty in RITM table, this data is not getting displayed through indicators, able to see data if group by field is changed. Kindly please help me with this issue.
These are the reports:
Active requested items due within 5 days
Mean time to fulfill a requested item (by category)
Requested items from incidents (by category)
