Hello,
I'm trying to create a report which shows tickets opened vs. closed for Months and also Years. Any thoughts on what is the best way for this to be set up?
Thank you in advance. I'm looking at the Engagement Table in GRC.

Hi Mehernosh
Have you tried combining two different data sets?
For example creating your tickets created graph and then going to -
Then creating your second, this would give you the results side by side on a time series graph.

Thank you. We are using London instance, and found that I had to switch to "Classic UI" to create the use the Multiple Data-set option. I think I also found a bug. If I create and save the initial trend report, the Multiple Data set is LOCKED to the "PER" when the report was created.
