PA Change Request Dashboard Showing “No Data Available”

Hi everyone — hoping someone might be able to shed light on a OOTB Change Request dashboard issue I’m troubleshooting.

I ran the following historical and daily Scheduled Data Collection Change jobs using a custom user with the roles pa_power_user and sn_change_read:

  • Historical jobs

    • [PA Change] Historic Data Collection
    • Change success scores (historical)
    • Change success score metrics (historical)
    • Change Model Success (historical)
  • Daily jobs (configured to run hourly)

    • Change Model Success (daily)
    • Change success score metrics (daily)
    • Change success scores for today
    • Change velocity daily + historical data collection
    • [PA Change] Daily Data Collection

Despite all of that, several widgets on the dashboard still show “No data available”, including:

  • Change Overview
    • Open changes (by age/priority)
    • Open emergency changes (by age/priority)
    • Average age of open changes (by risk)
    • Mean time to close a change (by priority)

I also cloned Prod over Sandbox on Friday and have made no changes. Interestingly, everything works in Sandbox except the Open emergency changes widget — which makes sense because there are no emergency changes there.

But in Prod, I’d expect at least some of these widgets to populate after running all the jobs.

Has anyone run into this before?
Could missing dependencies, job timing, data freshness, or table population issues cause this behavior?
Any ideas or angles to investigate would be super appreciated!
