PA - Score showing in the wrong month (scoresheet)

Hey guys, whats up.
I'm from Brazil community, and my company whe are new in PA. Right now, we are doing the course and reading the documentation to learn more about.
I'm posting this question because we are facing a strugle, when we create a indicator to show results by month, the score is corret, but the month is wrong.
Exemple:
I have a indicator to good NPS 9-10 by month, the obtainted score is corret, but the month are not.
5,044.0 - Is the score from January
5,007.0 - Is the score from December
We tried several ways to resolve that in the job we created, but unfortunally nothing worked.

My team parttner created this exemple using a regular report, notice the score and the month, this is what i want to achieve in the scoresheet.
Can you guys help me? Our Servicenow partner does not help your team to much.

Try collecting the score as this month(indicator frequency should be monthly) and run a schedule job to be executed at first of every month. Scores will fall in correct month
