Hello All - Is it possible to have a widget that displays two different targets based on element. As an example, for incidents, a P1 = 4hr target and P2= 12hr target. Something like the image below. I tried building it out but it only shows one target and not the other. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Yes , you can set different target values for separate breakdown elements in Performance Analytics (PA) in ServiceNow: for an indicator that has a breakdown (for example Priority = P1, P2), navigate to Indicators > Targets, select the breakdown and un check Any element to specify targets for individual elements (P1 = 4h, P2 = 12h) according to documentation....
However, what many customers encounter is that while those targets are set, the PA widget may show only one target (for the element context in which the widget is currently operating) and will not inherently show both P1 and P2 side-by-side in a single widget unless configured to display multiple breakdown elements or you build a custom layout....
So yes you can have separate targets for each element, but if you want a widget that simultaneously presents both (P1 & P2) with their distinct targets then you might have to create either two widgets or a custom widget/visualisation to display them together.....
