PAE Dashboard to monitor dashboard and data viz usage?

I grabbed this screenshot of an OOB PAE dashboard that I cannot find in our instance.  I have watched a ton of videos on migrating to PAE from legacy reporting and am not sure where it came from.
Does this ring any bells or is there another PAE plugin to install to get this dashboard?

That's the Dashboards Library, not an individual dashboard, and the usage statistic tiles are visible only to admin users. Please see https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/zurich-now-intelligence/page/use/dashboards/concept/dashboard...

Is there a similar dashboard for reports in this same layout? ie. not used, used by userid, dates used etc?
