Performance Analytics Breakdown showing over 100% but Analytics Hub shows the correct sums

Hello Community,

I have 2 Automated Indicators and a Formula Indicator configured to calculate the % of SLA's met but I'm experiencing a very strange issue with one of the Priority Breakdowns (P3's) showing over 100% when visualized Weekly and Monthly, when visualized Daily it is correct.  When I look at the Weekly and Monthly Sum of both Automated Indicators in Analytics Hub, the numbers are correct.

I have selected collect breakdown Matrix on both automated indicators but still no change after re-running the data.

I've also deleted my weekly and Monthly Widgets and re-created them hoping that would fix this issue but nothing I have tried is working.

The formula is: ([[Number of NonBreached SLAs]]/[[ Closed Cases SLA]])*100

I have one week in July (Week 28) with P3's showing 112.5%, yet when I look at each Automated Indicator in Analytics Hub, the Sum for P3's is as follows for Week 28: (Screenshots below)

Numerator: 3

Denominator: 4

Numerator:

Denominator:

So P3's for Week 28 should display 75%, I can not understand if the Indicators have the correct totals how the weekly visualization is showing incorrectly?

Again, when P3's are visualized Daily, the % is correct:

I have the same problem with P3's for August when visualized Monthly:

P3's for August are showing 104.4% but the Numerator and Denominator in Analytics Hub show the correct sums:

Numerator: 19

Denominator: 21

So P3's for August should be 90.48% according to this data:

Numerator:

Denominator:

I've experienced and fixed PA totals over 100% before but have never encountered an issue where the Numerator and Denominator are showing correct totals but the Weekly and Monthly visualization is showing something completely different.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!

Hi @Dienne Giuliano ,

Have you ensured to add the breakdown to the formula indicator? Do you have added any additional conditions in your breakdown? when you select by week or by month, do you then select the sum or sum+? According to your explanation, it doesn't seems that there is anything wrong with the automated indicators, indicators source...
