Performance Analytics - Include Manager information

Hi 

I am trying to update one of the indicators we have on the Performance Analytics HR Manager Dashboard. The goal is to include the manager information in the breakdown section so we can report on the cases opened for that Manager and for the people under the manager.

Example: If T is selected, I want to be able to see all cases that T opened and also all the cases that the people reporting to her opened.

The problem I am having is that even after running the collection job, the Breakdown shows up, but with no values under it.

 I have applied a condition on breakdown source to limit the number of records and also set the breakdown element to 9500. A new field called 'Hierarchy' has been added to HR profiles table and it is populated with managers names and has been added in breakdown mapping. Please see the screenshots for the configurations.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
