Service Now interactive Filter fix/improvement/development

Hello Everyone,

I need some assistance with an interactive filter requirement, specifically addressing an issue faced by users in the interactive filter dashboard.

They are requesting the addition of a "between" option in the dashboard's filters. This option would allow them to filter conditions for a specific date or time range.

If my statement is unclear, please refer to the user details provided below:

"We would like to utilize an interactive filter that allows us to filter by a specific date or time range (using the "between" option).

We have found a filter that seemingly meets our requirements, named "Incident Date Filter," located in "Custom Interactive Filters." However, upon selecting a time range, all reports show "0."

Our questions are as follows:

  1. Is it feasible to enhance the usability of this interactive filter? (A screenshot is attached for reference)
  2. Is there a similar filter available in ServiceNow that we could use?
  3. Would you be able to develop an interactive filter that meets our requirements?

Your assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am not able to view your attached screen, but I would ask you to take a look at your custom interactive filter and see the table name in the code, make sure that the reports in the dashboard are coming form the same source.

As Incident Date Filter is not an OOB. We can comment anything on what is wrong with it
