We're trying to figure out why we are getting the following error in one of our job logs (see below). Any ideas?

Just to be clear.. All these indicators are working and collecting data when no domain configuration is used.

Even i am facing the same issue. Before configure the domain configuration job executed successfully, After domain configuration it's throwing the below error.

Error collecting for 20180212 java.lang.NullPointerException

Can anyone suggest for the solution.

there are multiple tables

Group, Incident, Change, Knowledge, Knowledge Search, CatalogItem, Task SLA etc.........

More than 10 Jobs are throwing the same error

I would recommend putting in an incident.   Someone is going to need to look at the job and the data in your score table in more detail than we can probably do in the community.
