Performance analytics metric & threshold

Hello Guys,

i have a PA implementation and i’m not sure how to create this. We need to create a backlog that contains the metric & threshold separately for sctask and incident.

attached excel screenshot for reference. Only the highlighted in yellow is needed.

Hi @Anubhav Srivas1 ,

you need to create several automated indicators for each. One capturing all created / opened this month, one for 1st backlog etc. based on this, you can create a formula indicator to give the percentage on a daily basis which your looking for.
