Performance Analytics Micro-Certification Training Path ???

Hi,

I am about to take the Micro certification for Performance Analytics . So far I have taken the Performance Analytics essentials course which was free for all the partners and it did give me a voucher code which I can use to register for the certification.

However, after completing the course which was very short and just covered the basics , am I good to go and take the certification ? Can anyone provide me any quick links for reference, sample questions etc. ? Even if I look at the exam blue print , it didn't specify the exact breakdown of the topics :

Can anyone point me to the right exam topics so that I can just focus on the important topics rather than going through each and every detail of the Performance analytics ?

Hi there,

For the Micro certification Performance Analytics, you will need a voucher. Without a voucher, you can't book the certification. The voucher for this is only given thru following the Performance Analytics Fundamentals training.

The Micro certification is a non-proctored exam. You can do this online, 60 minutes, and have a browser open. A browser in case you don't know the correct answer, to check the docs or your personal developer instance. These should already be enough! When I followed this certification in Oktober, 15 questions where asked. Again, all questions can be found on the docs or in your personal developer instance.

Two example questions:

Identify the Performance Analytics object used to define and configure a measurable KPI.
A. Widget
B. Scorecard
C. Dashboard
D. Indicator
E. Report

Select all valid Performance Analytics roles.
A. pa_metric
B. pa_admin
C. pa_viewer
D. pa_power_user
E. pa_target
F. pa_data_admin

If I were you, i would contact training@servicenow.com and ask them. Sometimes the email would have gone to spam folder. Try reaching out to them and they should be able to help you out.

Some of the trainings include Labs and only after all the training content is complete will you recieve a vocher code

Hello, the performance analytics now is platform analytics?

It's under Platform Analytics, and the old Performance Analytics menus are under Platform Analytics Administration. Documentation still uses the term Performance Analytics to refer to the indicator backend of indicators, indicator sources, breakdowns, and breakdown sources. There is no longer a separate frontend of Performance Analytics widgets and dashboards. Instead, indicators are just a data source that you select when you set up a Platform Analytics data visualization.
