Performance Analytics - Roles for read access

Hi Team,

I am looking for read and write access related to Performance Analytics application.

When I grant user with pa_admin role then user is able to view all the modules (except Performance Analytics => System => Event Registrty module) under Performance Analytics application with creating new record/application file.

However, when I grant user with pa_viewer role then user is able to view only Performance Analytics => Dashboards module. I was expecting that all the modules would be visible but with only read access.

Which roles should be granted to user so that user can view all the modules (Jobs/Indicators/Breakdowns) having only read access.

Thanks,

Raghu

Also below thread shows the pa_data_collector or pa_data_collector CRUD operations along with access to modules:

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-now-intelligence/page/use/performance-analytics/reference/r_PARoles.html

Is this needs customizations to modules visibility and ACL access on tables for "pa_viewer" role?

Please assist me on achieving this.

Hi Thomas,

This helped me in understanding the roles for both reporting module and performance analytics module.

So, pa_viewer is the minimal role (role hierarchy) in order to access the PA application. So, customized the modules visibility for most of the modules lying under PA application and read-access ACL for pa_viewer.

Thanks
