We want to produce some stats on the number of logged in users at various times during the day
We looked under 'System Administration' at 'Logged in Users' but this only shows that we have about 150 logged in users which seems very low, we have a number of areas, especially around incident management, who use SN all day so would expect this to be much higher
Can anyone offer any advise or alternative suggestions - to confirm we're looking to report on number of users logged in and consuming a license
