Performance Analytics Score issue on Count of Records and How to show the record count instead of score

Issue Details :

We have created the below Dashboard with Widget and Indicator to show the 'Number of Open Incident' based on the Monthly Sum with 'Age' Breakdown.

The count on each bar does not match the count of records when we drilldown to see the Scorecard.

Have clicked the Blue bar 90+ days, count is 6311. Was able to see the score 6311 on the Scorecard. But when the record count is '267'

We wanted the 267 (Record count) above the bar and Sum of all breakdown on top of the Month.

We also want to know how the Score is calculated, because the number is not predictable.

This Indicator is better suitable for By Month Average, instead of Sum.

If you do a sum of a open ticket that was open the entire month of October, it will count that single ticket as 31.

we have changed and checked it out but we still have the small different between the score and the number of recordscore for by month avg.PNG

The records shown, are probably the latest snapshot, vs the monthly average.

If you really want it to be the same, please consider a monthly indicator.

we are current using the time series By Monthly Sum in the widget , but the open incident indicator collect data daily.

so can you please be more clear which will help us to change the indicator to Monthly Indicator
