Performance Analytics Target changes..?

I have set the target on the auto indicator with breakdowns and any element selected:

However when I view the widget the only targets displaying the ones set on the analytics screen:

How can I get the target for any element to display like they did in previous versions?

Hello Bekfro,

I also just tried the same scenario in a Washington instance that has some legacy indicators and found the same issue. I It is also not possible from the Analytics Hub to create a target for a specific breakdown. 

I would submit a case with support.

Have you tried the same with Platform Analytics and KPI Details?
