Hi all,
I have a requirement to get the average duration of closed incident for last 12 months using incident metric table.
I have created two automated indicators one is summed of all average duration and another one is count of incident.
And created one formula indicator to achieve this scenario.
But it seems it be average is not showing correctly. Can we use the script part to get the average in days, hours & minutes or we can show only either in days or hours or minutes.
@Adam Stout , @Thomas Davis , @slawek.Radziewicz , @Arnoud Kooi , @Ankur Bawiskar could you please help!
Thanks,
Suvedha

I know you didn't ask me, but getting no answer shows how annoying and useless tagging is.
Why are you using Performance Analytics on the metric table? What is the use case for doing it like that? You can easily create a single score report (which on a duration field will show days/hours/minutes) on the average of the metric selection, giving you exactly what you need. Put it on a dashboard with a filter and you can even see changes to it. And a bar chart could show you the monthly outcome, also no PA needed for that view.
