How to make data visualizations not follow interactive filters?

Hi everyone. I am making a dashboard on performance analytics. I have some data visualizations and one example is a critical priority single score. I also have interactive filters such as group, state, priority, etc. How do I make it so that a specific data visualization (critical priority single score) does not follow a specific interactive filter (priority filter)? I am wondering this because when I use the filters, the appropriate value is not being displayed due to conflicts in filters. Thank you for your help.

Hi @sai_2142 ,

When you open the dashboard with the widget in it, click configuration in top right corner:

Afterwards, click the gear icon on the specific widget:

Uncheck follow interactive filter:

Am a little confused. "Data visualizations" is a feature of the new Platform Analytics, whereas "interactive filters" are part of UI 16. Are you talking about data visualizations and filters on a Platform Analytics dashboard, or PA widgets and interactive filters on a UI 16 responsive dashboard? I believe Anders gave you a UI 16 answer, but I think you were asking a Platform Analytics question.

Anyway, there is no way in any UI to select specific filters for a visualization not to follow. A visualization either follows all applicable filters on a page/dashboard or none. (Well, it is actually possible on a UI Builder page to have visualizations follow only specific filters, but it is highly arcane and not supported for you to do yourself.) I think it would be better for you to describe what you mean by "the appropriate value is not being displayed due to conflicts in filters." I can't actually visualize that in my mind. Maybe we could help sort that out?
