Performance analytics to Platform analytics migration

We are going to migrate to Australia this year. We have a large set of dashboard reports and a large user community.  We are hoping to migrate to Platform before the upgrade.  If anyone can share tips, hints, or concerns that we should be looking out for.  Thanks.
