I am working in ServiceNow Audit Workspace and want to measure how long it takes to open a record, such as Control Test, Audit Task, or other workspace records.
When a record is opened, I want to know the exact time the form takes to fully load, and also measure the response or transaction time when users update values on the form after saving.
Is there any OOTB feature or tool in ServiceNow to measure record load time, form rendering time, or general Workspace performance?
