Platform Analytics - Calendar Report Visualization

Hello All

I was wondering if there is a way to suppress the time display on the Planned Task on the Calendar Report Visualization in Platform Analytics. I only want it to show the planned Task Short Description. Please let me know if you have any luck with it.

Hi @PraveenaS ,

ServiceNow allows customization of calendar reports to display specific fields.... By default, the calendar report displays the Number and Short Description fields. To ensure only the Short Description appears without the time:

Access the Calendar Report Configuration:

Navigate to the calendar report settings in your ServiceNow instance....

Specify Display Fields: In the configuration settings, specify that only the Short Description field should be displayed.

Exclude Time Information: Ensure that any time related fields are excluded or hidden in the display settings.

thank you Kaushal. I did exactly what you mentioned above, but still I see time on the Planned Start Date show up in front of the Short Description, even though I did not select it. do you have a screenshot you can share to show your settings please.
