Platform Analytics Cascading Breakdown Region, Country, Location not working

Hello! 

 

I have created a platform analytics dashboard with Automated and Formula indicators. I have added breakdowns to all indicators mentioned. The breakdowns are pay type of user, user region (location> country> region), user country (location> country) and location. I have added breakdown relations to regions to country and country to location. 

questions:

1. I am not able to cascade the regions to countries to locations. How to cascade the filters which are based on breakdowns? 

2. I am able to filter using only and only one breakdown at a time on breakdown group by widgets/elements. How to use more than one filter on the elements? example: Region- Asia and Country- India to filter widgets? 

3. How to use more than one breakdown in pivot to get the indicators? 

4. Multiselect is not working even for one breakdown? kindly advise on the reason. 

 

I am new to this tool. Kindly help me understand what is missing.

I am a little confused regarding what you are trying to do. Can you explain what your goal is? Also, what level of Performance Analytics training have you taken?

I am also a little confused by your breakdown relations. It sounds like you have a breakdown relation between the hierarchical levels of elements of a Location breakdown, but you describe having three separate breakdowns. I really do think you want hierarchical breakdown relations between location, country, and region elements of one Location breakdown, as described in https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-now-intelligence/page/use/performance-analytics/concept.... 
Also, as per the documentation, pivot tables only support one level of breakdown.
