Platform Analytics Copy with Filter Link issues

Hey All, 

I have a quick question.  My client realized that the Copy with Filter link on the Platform Analytics dashboard isn't properly sharing with the filter. When the user copies it, and shares to another user, the user doesn't get the applied filter from the link. It just takes them directly to the dashboard. 

Is this a known bug within ServiceNow?
