Platform Analytics Dashboarding - Different Values for Outages

Hi all,
I'm creating a dashboard showing outages/degradations over a 12 month period. The column and single value charts are wildly different.
For my column chart, this is what I have as the filters on the table 'Outage'
Related record: Priority
- is one of:
- 1 - Critical
- 2 - High
AND
Related record: Number
- starts with "INC"
AND
Created
within the last 12 months
Metric
Outages/Degradation (Count Distinct)
For the YTD Single value, this is the same filters and metric (including filters). Yet I get massively different results. Any ideas why?

You are checking on two different periods. We don't know your data, so we don't know if it is correct or not.
YTD means everything in this year (2025), last 12 months means literally: last 12 months. So that includes the second half of 2024 as well. It's double the time.
Or am I understanding your wrong?
